Claudia Crist is the President of Kalaukia Enterprises LLC, a Hawai’i-based company specializing in Change Leadership, Strategy & Alignment, Leadership (Team) Development, and Employee Engagement & Retention. With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, Claudia excels in elevating those around her to recognize and reach their potential. She holds a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Southern California and a nursing degree from the College of the Canyons in California. Claudia is board-certified in healthcare management, certified in change management from Cornell University, and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management.

Throughout her career, Claudia has led teams ranging from five to 2,500 people in organizations with staff sizes from 300 to 60,000, managing operational and budget responsibilities up to $2.9 billion. She has held key roles such as Chief Deputy Director of Policy and Programs at the California Department of Public Health and CEO of an 88-bed hospital in Oʻahu. Claudia’s achievements include improving employee engagement, consolidating revenue cycle functions for significant cost savings, and exceeding performance metrics in leadership development. In her free time, Claudia enjoys exploring Hawai’i. She serves as a volunteer board member of the YMCA of Honolulu and president-elect of the Hawai’i Pacific Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
