  • Yes! SHCX25 will be approved for both HRCI and SHRM Professional Development Credits.

    To receive the activity codes, be sure to complete the conference survey.

  • Cancellation/No-Show Policy. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows. However, substitutions at the same registration level can be accommodated.

  • Yes! The SHRM Hawaii Educational Foundation offers scholarships to support the professional growth of SHRM Hawaii members eager to learn, connect, and get involved. Each island (Maui, Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i Island, and O‘ahu) has its own judging panel, and typically 1–2 recipients per island are selected.

    The scholarship covers your SHCX25 conference registration and provides a neighbor island airfare subsidy with receipt submission. Recipients can also network with fellow attendees, SHRM Hawaii Committee Co-Chairs, and the Educational Foundation during the event.

    This scholarship is awarded only once per person.

    How to Apply:

    1. Register for SHCX25 – Early bird pricing ends August 1, 2025.

    2. Submit your scholarship application by August 18, 2025.

    3. Winners will be notified the week of September 15, 2025.
