A graduate of UH Mānoa and Omidyar Fellow, Leila also serves as Board Chair for Honolulu Federal Credit Union.

     Willard Jackson is Director of HR Operations at Kamehameha Schools, where he leads benefits and shared services and champions the use of automation and AI to modernize HR systems. He previously held leadership roles at Hawaiian Airlines and across the Pacific Northwest, and holds a degree in HR and Business Management from Portland State University.

    Kelii Opulauoho is Director of Organizational Development at Hawaiian Electric, where he leads efforts in leadership development, culture, inclusion & belonging, and employee experience. With over 20 years of experience in HR and learning, Kelii brings a collaborative approach to building inclusive workplaces. He volunteers with local and national organizations and is currently training for the 2025 Honolulu Marathon alongside his son.
