Megan Jorah is a senior human resources consultant at Hawaii Employers Council (HEC). She has worked in human resources for over fifteen years in various industries, including banking and luxury retail.

At HEC, Megan strengthens member organizations by supporting recruitment, retention, and development efforts through people strategy development, analysis, and consulting. She passionately works to help members develop a thriving internal culture.

Megan received her Master of Human Resource Management degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii - West Oahu. She also holds an SPHR designation.
