Todd Nacapuy, Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Director of Technology Consulting Services at Accuity LLP. With a proven track record in driving technology innovation across both public and private sectors, Todd has been a transformative leader in Hawaii’s IT landscape. As the former CIO for the State of Hawaii, Todd spearheaded the unification of the state’s Office of Information Management and Technology with the Information and Communication Services Division to form the Office of Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), ensuring a more efficient and transparent government. His leadership in enterprise-wide IT strategy, governance, and cybersecurity has left a lasting impact on state operations.

Prior to his state role, Todd worked at Microsoft for over a decade, where he was the Senior Technical Account Manager, overseeing all premier commercial services for the Pacific region. His career also includes work with EDS (acquired by Hewlett-Packard), where he managed critical network infrastructure for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps, serving 65,000 users across the Pacific.

Todd has been recognized for his forward-thinking approach, including being named Business Executive of the Year by Pacific Edge Magazine for his contributions to technology and innovation. Today, at Accuity, he continues to guide organizations through digital transformation, with a focus on modernizing IT systems, data security, and governance.
