Manager of Workforce Development and Compliance at Hawai‘i Pacific Health

Shanyn Kanemori, MHRM, SHRM-CP, is the Manager of Workforce Development and Compliance at Hawai‘i Pacific Health, where she has over 13 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce development.  In her role, Shanyn spearheads initiatives designed to create a diverse and talented workforce, addressing both the short and long-term staffing needs of the organization.  She aides in the development and maintenance of training programs that are offered at the high school level, in collaboration with community organizations, and to the public.  

Shanyn’s commitment to professional development is further demonstrated through her active involvement with the SHRM Hawaii Chapter since 2016, where she has chaired the Emerging Professionals and Professional Development & Certification committees. Currently, she serves on the board of directors as the President-elect.
