Anna Pacheco is a seasoned consultant with 9 years of experience at SMS Research, a Hawai‘i-based research firm. Specializing in workforce demand analysis and industry partnerships, Anna has completed workforce analysis reports in various sectors for the state, including IT, skilled trades, natural resources, and others. With a rich background in network building, facilitation, and strategic planning, she also co-convenes six industry sector partnerships in the state, driving initiatives that are pivotal to shaping Hawai‘i's workforce landscape. Her expertise spans economic development, education, and community partnerships, with a strong emphasis on using data to inform impactful decisions. 

Anna's career also includes significant contributions to housing and homelessness initiatives statewide in her work supporting HousingASAP and the Westside Homeless Coalition. Her previous experience includes years of non-profit and government work, having served at the Hawai‘i State Legislature, Hawai‘i State Office of Environmental Quality Control, and Pine Street Inn, the largest homeless shelter in Boston.
